Once we receive your instruction on a vacant property, we will immediately arrange for one of our To Let boards to be erected outside. As we constantly receive enquiries from potential tenants, we are able to search through our database and match suitable tenants to your property. Available properties are also advertised on our web site and window displays.

Our monthly management fee only applies when the property is tenanted, it is therefore beneficial to ourselves that your property is not left unoccupied for any longer than necessary. We do not tie you in to a lengthy contract, although we are sure once your property is managed by Pinks you'll be more than happy to stay with us.
