Newington

Currently the main focus point of the council's regeneration scheme, extremely popular with property investors and reasonably priced for potential tenants. The area comprises of mainly terraced houses and large Victorian properties that have over recent years, been converted into self contained flats.

Avenues / Newland

Southcoates
